I came to real estate by way of construction, architecture, and nearly two decades of working with some of the most demanding clients in Canada. Before I ever listed a property, I was managing multi-million dollar builds — overseeing structural decisions, contractor relationships, permitting, and delivery timelines from the ground up. That foundation changes how I see every home I represent.

I work exclusively in West Vancouver and Greater Vancouver's luxury residential market — a deliberate choice.
