A few practical notes

  • Book well ahead. The smaller counters, sushi especially, have very few seats.
  • From the North Shore: Kitsilano, Yaletown, Downtown and the West End are all a short drive over the Lions Gate Bridge.
  • The list changes every year. MICHELIN announces a new Vancouver selection each year.
